Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

- $30 deposit is required when booking and also non refundable

- hair must be fleshly washed and blown out for services
- PLEASE BE SURE TO BOOK CORRECT SIZES AND LENGTHS
- TIMES MAY GO OVER DEPENDING ON LENGTH AND CHOICE OF COLOR
- NO EXTRA GUEST INCLUDING CHILDREN
- I DON'T TOUCH UP OTHER PEOPLE'S WORK
- Squeeze ins and same day appointments will be charged an additional emergency fee
- No call, no show will be charged 50% to credit or debit card

- Hair must be at least 4 inches long
